- Round-nose pliers, flat-nose pliers, bent-chain nose pliers or chain-nose pliers, and wire cutters (Dreamtime (Beadalon Sparkle Tool Kit)
Step 1:
Cut off the end of a headpin. Form a simple loop on one end. (Watch this video for instructions and tips on wire wrapping loops)
Step 2:
Thread the Swarvoski crystal clover button onto the wire. Form a simple loop on the other end of the headpin to create a connector.
Tip: Be very gentle so you don’t damage the crystal.
Step 3:
Thread a 6mm Swarovski bicone bead onto a headpin. Form a simple loop to create a crystal drop. Repeat with 2 more 6mm beads and 5 of the 4mm bicone beads.
Step 4:
Cut a 1” length of chain. Working from one end, add the crystal drops by opening the simple loop, sliding it onto a link, and reclosing the loop. Add the drops randomly, leaving the last few links open.
Step 5:
Open one loop on the Swarovski clover button connector and add the first open link in the chain. Close the loop connector.
Step 6:
Open the loop on an earring finding. Thread the open loop through the other loop on the Swarovski clover button connector. Close the loop on the earring finding.
Repeat steps 1-6 for the second earring.
