You can purchase either a neclace or bracelet (both adjustable) and open the magnetic front and place whatever charms you like inside, change them daily or leave them to create your own unique piece. All letters, all birthstone color hearts and several other charms are available. Really inexpensive way to express yourself!!!! 6mm is the approximate measurement from top to bottom on most of the items, none are much bigger or smaller than that.
