Dreamtime Creations Shipping Policy
THE $3.00 2-DAY AIR SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO HEAVY ITEMS, NOR TO TINO VO PRODUCTS AS THEY WEIGH TOO MUCH OR ARE TOO LARGE TO FIT IN A UPS ENVELOPE. ANYTHING TOO HEAVY FOR AN ENVELOPE WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT FOR THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING.
All express air orders (1 day, UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Express, etc) must be received by 1:00 PM CT in order to be processed on the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is urgent and is placed after 1:00 PM CT, please contact us at 417-678-5748 to confirm that it is possible for the order to ship the same day. We will do our best to accommodate you.
2nd Day, 3 Day, USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and UPS Ground orders are shipped in the order they are received, usually within 1-2 business days. Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, except on national holidays.
We take the greatest care in packaging your items. However, if you would like to request that your items ship in a box rather than in our normal packaging, an additional charge will be applied. For express shipments (1 day, 2-day, 3-day, UPS, USPS Express, etc) the additional charge is $10.00 because of the cost that UPS and the USPS charge for boxes vs envelopes. Heavy orders and wholesale orders must pay the actual cost of shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us.
USPS international orders are out of our control and therefore not our responsibility once they leave the USA. Sometimes customs can take a day or two and sometimes they take several weeks. If your package has left here but has not arrived at its final destination, please contact your local customs office as we have no way of tracking the shipment once it leaves the United States. If you do not purchase insurance, we are unable to reimburse you if the shipment does not arrive. Time processed in customs and any duty related fees and taxes are beyond our control. We cannot file an insurance claim on an international package until 30 days have passed with no activity on the tracking.
Shipping Cut Offs and Back Order
Orders are processed in the order received; only exception is if it has the RUSH FEE (shipping within 24 hours of confirmation or is UPS AIR SAVER, UPS OVERNIGHT, UPS EARLY AM, UPS WORLD WIDE EXPRESS, USPS Express or FedEx Overnight).
Backorders have to be at least $10 value or it will be credited.
USPS First-Class Mail, as does all mail, leaves our facility daily (M-F) but USPS does not scan the tracking numbers on the packages until the truck transfers our daily shipments to a larger city hub, at this point, it's well on its way to you. It may show it hasn't left here for a few days, but it has. We are sorry for this ongoing issue with the Post Office but it is out of our control.

Business days are counted from the day shipped to the next business day as one day and so on. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. AIR PACKAGES (SUCH AS UPS RED, BLUE & 3-DAY OR EXPRESS MAIL) AND RUSH ORDERS placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or after 1:00 PM CT will ship on the next business day. If you have a rush or overnight order after 1:00 please check with us to see if we can get it out, MOST of the time we can up until 3:00 PM CT. All other orders are done in the order they are received usually within 2 business days.
