Custom Crystal Hotfix Transfers & Embellishing Services

Create dimension and sparkle in your designs with the Dreamtime Creations Custom Transfer Service. Use your logo, team name, design, or shape and turn them into a transfer that can be applied to clothing, accessories, or a uniform. Dreamtime Creations is a Swarovski Authorized Application Center, so you know your design will be created with the precision and mastery of the Swarovski Crystals themselves.

How It Works

STEP 1: Request a Design Proof

The first step in the process is to fill out the form at the bottom of this page. With this information we will be able to give you a clear price for proofing your artwork. You'll need the following things:

• A high resolution or vector quality version of your design or logo
• To know the brand of crystals to use
• Decide on quantity of prints needed

STEP 2: Proofing Payment

Our Transfer team will review the design you've submitted and give you a price (usually between $5-$25) to create a plotted proof of your design. The cost for the proof will be taken off the price of the final product if you choose to proceed. You'll need to approve our proofing cost and submit payment in order to continue.

*If your design is too low of quality, we may not be able to create a proof.

STEP 3: Proof Design & Cost

At this stage, our design team will have taken your artwork and created a custom crystal design based on it. You'll be provided with:

• A line drawing showing the crystal placement.
• Total cost of printing based on quantity requested

STEP 4: Delivery Day

Once your project is complete, we'll ship your final completed project with signed delivery. We hope you enjoy!
