“DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. This setting is great when they send you the RIGHT one. They have two- one has an open back and the other has a closed back. I've ordered this same exact item a dozen times and each time it's a toss-up which setting they send me. The one pictured online is great and works beautifully. The OTHER one looks nicer at first, but every time I set a 4827 Swarovski heart inside them, the metal plating chips off when I set the prongs. EVERY SINGLE ONE. They're awful! I've tried setting them very carefully with my fingers even instead of using a tool and the plating still cracks. I've complained about this problem to Dreamtime numerous times and I guess they just don't care. I can't sell a $10 Swarovski stone inside a chipped setting.... when you buy Swarovski you expect perfection!”

“Dreamtime carries 2 versions of this setting and it's a crapshoot which one they send you. One of them is great, and looks just like the photo with a hollow back. The other one however has a closed back and every single time I've tried to set a 4827 stone in it, the metal plating cracks and peels off exposing the brass metal underneath. They're awful! I wish they would fix this problem already.”
