WHAT IS IT?
This no-wipe topcoat has a smooth application and reflective sparkle. It is sheer, so you can see all background colors AND sparkle combined.
DIRECTION:
I love using it on clients, it is the quickest way to accent or dazzle up a nail set with French tip or nude set. I also use it to dress up background or around nail art design.
