WHAT IS IT?
This is a gel that can spread any gel polish when applied. Creating various blooming effects for your nail designs. This formula can also stick to pigment, best to use with Vo.Tino Gel Kolor which are also stick with pigment.
DIRECTIONS:
Apply one coat, do not cure.
Apply any gel polish over and wait till it spreads out. Cure 60 seconds in LED/UV LAMP. Apply Topcoat and cure.
