WHAT IS IT?
This gel has super fine glitter and it changes tones depending on which color it’s applied on, It has a very high coverage mixture in with super reflective sparkle. It also sticks to pigment after cure.
DIRECTIONS:
It can be used by itself or to layer on top of a background color to enhance coverage or color tones.
