Christmas Wreath with Angel
Supply List for Christmas Wreath with Angel:
- 6mm 6428 Rivoli Pendants – Crystal AB – Quantity = 55
- Memory Wire – Quantity = Piece is 1 and ¼ turn (as shown)
- 7mm Jump Rings – Silver – Quantity = 2
- 6mm Daisy Spacers - Quantity = 1
- 6mm 5000 Round Beads – Color is Siam = Quantity = 13
- TierraCast Bead Angel Wings – Antique Silver – Quantity = 1
- 8mm 5000 Round Bead – Color is Siam = Quantity = 1
- 3 inch Headpins (20 gauge) – Quantity = 1
- 20 Gauge Artistic Wire – Silver Color – Quantity = 4 inch piece
Step 1:
Make a simple loop on one end of the memory wire
Step 2:
Place the beads on the memory wire in the following order:
6mm round bead, 5 rivoli beads, 6mm round bead, 5 rivoli beads, 6mm round bead, and continue the pattern
Step 3:
Continue adding beads in the pattern in Step 3 until you have used 12 of the 6mm round beads
Step 4:
Cut the memory wire down to 0.4 inches (or 1 centimetre)
Step 5:
Make a simple loop and now the wreath is completed
Step 6:
On the 3 inch headpin, place the 8mm round bead, the angel wings, the 6mm round bead, and the daisy spacer (as shown)
Step 7:
Make a wrapped loop and be sure to tuck in wire (after the excess wire is cut)
Step 8:
Open one of the jump rings and place it through the wire wrapped loop of the angel
Step 9:
Attach the angel with the open jump ring to the 2 looped ends of the memory wire and then close the jump ring
Step 10:
Attach the other jump ring to the 2 looped ends of the memory wire
Step 11:
Make a simple loop on the 4 inch wire
Step 12:
Using something round, form a circle with your wire. I used a small 1 inch plastic container but you can also use a peg from the WigJig.
Step 13:
There should be approximately 0.4 inches (or 1 centimetre) of wire left at the bottom. If not, cut any excess wire.
Step 14:
Form a simple loop and attach it to the top jump ring. Be sure to close the simple loop
