WHAT IS IT?
This oyster gel is pearlescent and the color will alter depending on the background. On lighter background it will be more opal, and on darker background it will be more vibrant. You can rub pigment powder on it when it dried.
HOW TO USE IT:
Oyster gel surface can be stir or stroke with a tooth pick or a tools to create different pattern before curing. It create an interesting enamel effect for your design. You can also apply like polish or creating ombre.
