The Swarovski 2078 hotfix flat back rhinestone is the Xilion Rose, the most advanced cut for this size of crystal. It improves upon the previous Swarovski 2038 Hotfix Flat Back Rhinestone. Like all of Swarovski's hotfix crystals have a flat reverse side that has been pre-coated with a heat-sensitive glue. They can be easily applied to a large range of textiles and other materials. The features of the Swarovski 2078 Rhinestones include enhanced brilliance, improved table size, and more intense colors through the new geometry.
Shown here in Crystal Ivory Cream DeLite and in size SS20. Because of the unique coloration of this item, it has a transparent hotfix adhesive (HFT). This beautiful Lacquer Pro DeLite effect color from Swarovski is created not by tinting the crystal but instead by using a unique colored foil that radiates through the clear crystal. This gives a different look compared to traditionally colored crystals.
This crystal can be applied using transfer film and a heat press, or with a household iron, but the easiest way to add them one at a time is with the Kandi Pro or Crystal Crafter.
