Barb Lay, our first Creations winner has won again with this beautiful garment made for someone who shows horses.
From Barb:
"This garment was made for someone who shows horses. Swarovski flatback round stones were used in various sizes and in the shades of: peridot, jet hematite, crystal ab, sun, volcano and light rose. To aid in the application of the crystals I also used Gem Tac glue, jewelers wax sticks, wax dop sticks, and the precision applicator kit."
